🎨 Custom-Made Products Are Non-Refundable
All personalized items are final sale except for:
- Damage/defect upon arrival
- Our errors (wrong name/design/color)
🚫 No Returns/Refunds For:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Customer typos/mistakes
- Carrier delays/customs
- Minor imperfections in handcrafted items
📦 Damaged/Incorrect Items
How to Report (Within 7 Days):
- Email support@DecodenStudio.com with:
- Order number
- Clear photos of item + packaging
- Issue description
- We’ll:
- Resend correct item OR
- Issue partial/full refund
🔄 Replacement Policy
- Eligible items remade + shipped free
- No return needed in most cases
⏳ Refund Process
- Approved refunds processed in 5–10 business days
- Returned to original payment method
🛑 Order Cancellations
- Within 6 hours of purchase:
- 10% cancellation fee (covers processing costs)
- After 6 hours:
- Production begins → No cancellations
